On the occasion of International Women's Rights Day, Veolia Water Technologies wanted to participate in the #ChooseToChallenge campaign. Our employees from all over the world, women and men, have shared their personal challenges in favor of gender equality.
As part of this day, Veolia Water Technologies also launched its first podcast, dedicated to gender equality. This podcast, animated by Isabelle Pavelic, Human Resources Director, gathered four employees, women and men, from different geographical areas: Rana Aoun - CFO of VWT Middle East, Brandy Nussbaum - Sales Manager at AnoxKaldnes, VWT Sweden, Fabiano Guittis - Project Execution Director in VWT LATAM, Brasil and Benoit Gagné, CEO of VWT Canada. This exchange was an opportunity to compare different issues and contexts.
