Applications

Efficient Nanofiltration Process

The OPAMEM™ NANO unit is a membrane treatment system based on the nanofiltration process. The membrane used ensures that the cutting threshold is about one nanometre. OPAMEM™ NANO is generally integrated into a drinking water production system, as it may require an efficient and adapted pre-treatment, depending on the water to be treated (surface water, drill water, groundwater, etc.). Nanofiltration provides the advantage of covering a broad spectrum of parameters under a single technology and also reduces the use of chemical products significantly.

OPAMEM™ Nano is ACS certified

ACS (Attestation de Conformité Sanitaire) is issued by the laboratories entrusted of carrying out the certifications for the Drinking water application according to the circulars issued by the French Health Department.

National and international regulations have been established based on World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations to prevent the presence of undesirable microorganisms and chemicals in drinking water. Veolia considers the health of its customers to be an absolute priority and deploys the technologies necessary to produce and distribute water that meets those quality standards.
