Training new generations and transmitting knowledge and skills are essential to Veolia Water Technologies. For several years, we have been committed to a proactive approach to recruiting young people.
Our dynamic and responsible policy on apprenticeships and internships helps to give young people their first experience in a company, to develop their employability and also to share our passion for our business and our activities.
Every year, we take on students under apprenticeship or internship contracts as well as trainees at all levels of study and in all of our fields (technical and support). Our young employees benefit from personalized support throughout their contract.
Our VIE "PANGEO" programme
Created in 2004 by the Veolia group, the PANGEO programme offers you the opportunity to work abroad at one of our sites for 12 or 24 months, mainly under a French VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise) contract.
Engineers, project managers, business analysts, QHSE managers, finance officers, communication officers, human resources officers: this programme is open to a variety of professions. Attractive assignments in our preferred field of activity: water treatment!
Throughout your assignment, you will benefit from a personalised follow-up. A dedicated team will closely monitor your integration in the country (accommodation, acculturation, induction). It's good to feel supported!

The Performance Trophies is a competition that since 1998 has rewarded the most innovative work done by students at universities, engineering schools or business schools during their final year of training.
The winner, provided with a return ticket and a travel grant, is welcomed in the destination country by our local managers. This is an opportunity to discover our activities and know-how, to discuss your work with our experts, and to fly to new horizons!
