Veolia has been awarded a contract from Bio-XCell for a RM30 million project for an initial three years term as the Operations and Maintenance Contractor

Veolia Water Solutions and Technologies and Malaysian Bio-XCell Sdn Bhd announce their cooperation for the Central Utility Facility at Bio-XCell in Nusajaya, Johor (Malaysia). Bio-Xcell is a Joint Venture led by Malaysia's Biotech Corporation Bhd with partner UEM Sunrise Bhd building a serviced biotechnology park in the new Iskandar development.

Veolia has been awarded a contract from Bio-XCell for a RM30 million project for an initial three years term as the Operations and Maintenance Contractor.

Veolia's project scope consists of full Facility Management Services including treatment of wastewater, the operation of the Energy Centre, operating boilers to produce and distribute steam and chilled water production and distribution. Veolia's contract commenced on 21st October 2013 and the project is currently undergoing Testing and Commissioning to allow the first tenant to start production in Q1 2014.

Veolia operational systems are integrated and linked to provide a suite of operating systems that cover the full range of utility operation. By considering them together Veolia is able to build a cohesive and comprehensive operating system that delivers real benefit to the customer.
